We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from VYRO. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please read the policy below.

Returns & Refunds

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return and refund.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact.
• To start a return, email us at support@byvyro.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
